Upon preparing for my first couch surfers, who had a change of plans, I had time to think about why I would make a good host, or couch surfer for that matter. I go into things with very little or no expectations. I only give what I want to, only because I want to. Whole hearted. Not hoping for any certain outcome or response. I can find something I admire, respect, or relate to in most. I am good at putting people at ease. Pretty easy to talk to. I love meeting new people, figuring out what makes them tick. Hearing new opinions, with a strong possibility of learning something new.

Im hoping to make some lasting friendships!For my first travel alone, I wanted to connect with people locally and see what they do and how they live. I want to travel more and this seems like a great way to go about it. Meeting new people and learning new things. Even if I'm only meeting travelers in the comfort of my own home, I can see the world through their eyes. The house I live in was once a wreck. Home to cats and pigeons. I have worked very hard to make it a home, and I would love to share it.

Hacky sack, snowboarding, live music (often), Edm music festivals, watching people have fun doing anything at all, gym, hot yoga, admiring buildings (old and new), craft beer, kids are pretty cool, playing pool, laying by the pool, massage (getting and giving), music (almost anything, not picky about music), eating healthy, but sometimes bad, reddit, going to the lake, apparently I have a thing for sun sets and sun rise, although not waking up for them.
