Get out to different places to experience different cultures, lives and places to better understand my own world, enjoy my time in it and try to help other do the same. The worlds too amazing to stay on your own couch.

ABOUT ME

I guess I'm inquisitive? Brown hair, blue eyes, hair on my head and face. I grew up in a small town north of New York NY and spent my childhood building things. A raft from recycled bottles and plywood, a chair out of old skis, most recently a skateboard out of a busted board and a pair of skis. I also like adventure! Which I find in new places, new faces and the great outdoors.

PHILOSOPHY

The world is an amazing place, made what it is by the people who live on it. I want to enjoy my time here on earth to its fullest and do my best to ensure the same for others. never being bored. Boredom is a waste of time. If your bored your not excited about life. Find something! its out there to enjoy somewhere! Amazing things can be found in the most unlikely places. People should know how amazing our planet is, I've found this via outdoor activities and traveling. I want to show people this so they can love the planet as I do and help push towards a more sustainable relationship with our planet.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Haven't participated yet, but heard about CS recently and really want to meet people, show them around/a good time and hopefully have the same hospitality shown to me so that we can truly make the world a more loving place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never Couch Surfed via this website but I've run into people in Colorado. I met a girl on a lift at A basin, neither of us had anyone to ski with and conversation started so we just joined up and became each others ski buddies for the day. Same trip I got into conversation with some people on the bus who happened to have extra coupons for lift passes. We talked the whole ride so they ended up giving me a hand and letting me have a coupon. I like the spur of the moment things, but It is also nice to know you have someone to run into.

Interests

Rocks, crystals(most of all water, ie. SNOW!), Skiing, Camping in the woods, Urban Camping, Kayaking, Canoing, meeting people on the bus, meeting people in coffee shops, meeting people in general, bumping into people I thought I'd never see again, small world coincidences, Yerba Mate, the inner-Child(usual ones more fun characteristics)
