Why stay by yourself when you can meet someone new? I've gotten to know several cool people couchsurfing, and have really enjoyed the sometimes spontaneous connections that occur.

After finishing my master's degree last fall, I've sort of avoided reading anything too heavy. I did devour Dune last fall.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I studied in Edinburgh, Scotland for a year. Long before that, my first real couchsurfing experience was on a sail boat in British Columbia.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help out with groceries and cooking. I've been known to fix computer problems too.
