ABOUT ME

Well.. I'm a student in the Netherlands but I am not a typical Dutchy.

Because of my extremely international family I'm internationally oriented. One of the most important things in life -to me- is meeting new people, getting to know new cultures and learning about the world around me. We are never too young to learn, nor to old. We should not be too busy to get to know other cultures, so that is why I've joined Couch surfing.

A description of me?
My friends think I'm open minded, crazy and a lot of fun but I'm also quiet (... sometimes?) loyal to my friends ... hmz.. and probably many other things as well I cannot think of at the moment and that are most likely extremely unimportant as every person has their own individual view of another person :)

I cannot choose but I do know one of the worst books I've ever read -because I finished it yesterday-: Sonny boy! it's a great book until you get to the end of it ><

Music... as long as it makes me feel good and goes with my mood I'll like it -even though I cannot stand this hardcore music like Masters of Hardcore etc. ... horrible music!-

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A child in the street in Spain who offered a complete stranger her candy and said ''here, because you look so sad and I am happy so I don't need it''.

Teach, Learn, Share

Do not ask whether all Dutch eat cheese all day long and if we all smoke joints.. it's not true. Germans are not hypocrite nor unfriendly you just have to put effort into getting to know them.. Spanish are very passionate about everything.. also about friendships and South-Americans are the nicest people ever as long as you do not say anything mean about the people they care for :)
