Self-knowledge is the way, and it never ends, I always have more to learn, and more to practice. Feelings and thinking are always connected and my motivation is learn how to manage that complex system. Sharing, leaving together and observe carefully everything that happen around are the best way to learn and evolve.

I just joined couch-surfing.

I love nature, animals, travelling, all kind of music (I am trying to learn how to play harmonica...lol).

I also like reading and watching movies,ornamental fishes and building aquariums. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and motto are a great passion ...:)
