ABOUT ME

I'm a California girl who moved to Lyon, France and never left. I love enjoying life...passing time with friends, relaxing by the river or sipping rosé at a café. Painting and photography are ways I like to express myself. I have a love affair with salsa dancing. I am optimistic, easy going and adventurous.

Now I'm studying Fashion Design at the Ecole de Condé, taking my artistic background and putting it to use!!

PHILOSOPHY

Have ambition and fill your life with people, experiences and knowledge. Be curious. Do everything with a purpose. Don't forget to stop and appreciate the moment.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Exp #1: great intro to CouchSurfing, but too short because it was only one night. Didn't get to know my CouchSurfer that well, but she was very welcoming.

Exp #2: best experience I could have asked for! Stayed with her for 3 nights and we cooked together, talked, she showed me and my friend around town and we all went to a movie together. She was so warm and made an effort to speak French with us (which requires some patience..)

Exp #3: I stayed with a girl and her mother in their apartment, and I got a whole tour of the city, met friends and family and even had a huge, delicious meal prepared for my last night! In fact, the girl who I stayed with came and stayed with ME that summer as an exchange. We still stay in touch!
