ABOUT US

We are a happily married gay couple who have been together for 12 years. (32 and 42) have done 3 round the world trips and clocked up 64 countries so far.

PHILOSOPHY

Hell is other people - just kidding. I don't think we have one other than not eating yellow snow.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCH SURFING

We like travelling and when we're in the UK we like letting people stay with us as it is a way of giving back to the travel community.

We are happy to have people stay with us, but we don't tend to have the time to be tour guides. We can point you in the right direction though :)

COUCH SURFING EXPERIENCE

We've had our first couch surfing experience now in Guatemala City and it was excellent, looking forward to many more.

Interessen

When travelling: Scuba Diving, Writing, Eating, Cooking, Seeing Nature's Wonders. When not: Solving Mysteries and travelling around in a camper van.

We are both diving instructors, bloggers and writers. Alex is also a pastry chef and Dante (beard) is a novelist and travel influencer.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

We both love reading; it's one of the best parts about travelling sometimes, 10 hours on a local bus to get through a novel! We love the cinema and TV though we limit that to an hour a day max :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

We have been lucky to do lots of cool stuff, most recently I think seeing a guide throwing stones at the sea in Costa Rica and watching a salt water crocodile raise from the depths.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Learning: Spanish, mindfulness, watercolour and Spanish. Teach: Baking, web design, social media, diving
Share: Practical stuff, gardening, NLP (if you have any phobias I'm great with getting rid of them), cooking, writing.
