I know how tough it can be to hire freelancers – they don’t know what you want and you don’t know what they need.
If you’ll ask my favorite place, buddy I am going to tell you Surat City (Surat, Gujarat, India). Seriously men, it's very quiet place, there is no too much rush here. All are students here, so you're gonna feel very young here. It's well designed and built properly. This place is full of greenery(too many parks and trees) , and this is one of best thing about Greater Surat City. I love this place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
You’ve got friends all around the world. If one day someone told you this, wouldn’t it be awesome? Well, it sure would! It would be absolutely fantastic if you can just fly to any country and find a couch to crash on for a few days. Your friend will tell you the best things to do in his/her city, show you the famous lanes where memories are made, direct you towards the nearest bus stand or metro station from where you can explore this new city you have just arrived in. But, it doesn’t seem to be possible right? How can you have friends all around the world? Well, Couchsurfing is the 1st step towards that!
For the uninitiated, Couchsurfing is a global community of travelers and locals who love to meet new folks from different walks of life. You can host travelers visiting your city or stay with a local while visiting a new destination. Mostly, these folks are genuine and the credibility can be tested by reading the references they’ve got. But, let’s talk about how to determine the credibility of a Couchsurfing user later. First, let me share my own experiences of using Couchsurfing in India and abroad.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite movie is 3 idiots, Because i have watched this movie more then 50 times and the every time, i cry in some scenes and laugh and willing to be like BABA RANCHOR DAS CHANCHAD. Ohh yess, The best line of this movie, what i love most is “BABA RANCHOR DAS CHANCHAD NE KAHA H KI, BETA KAMYAB BANO KAMYAB, KAMYABI SALA JHAK MRA KE AAYEGI”.
My favorite Book is “How to win Friends and influence People” written by DALE CARNEGIE. This is amazing book, very practical and full of sense. I love Dale Carnegie for his wonderful work, he was a true human behavior reader. Believe me, you can be a gentleman after reading this book. It's awesome book. If you haven't read this book, Go and get it, read once.
My favorite day is, Tomorrow. Yes, I personally believe that if i was not good at today, I will try to be best, tomorrow. I love a new day (tomorrow) to being very creative, to do something new and valuable to this world. We all have this wonderful day, Tomorrow.
My favorite song is zindagi aa rha hu mein. Let's read some lines together.
This is a beautiful hindi song from 1984 bollywood film Mashaal. This song is composed by Hridaynath Mangeshkar. Kishore Kumar has sung this song. Its lyrics are written by Javed Akhtar.
I listen this song many times a day. This song has valuable and soft lafj (words).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I would say it is most, most and most interesting I have ever done. If I will start listing them then you would say that I am most most and most maddest person on Earth !!!
But I thing that work should be done as a way to self-enquiry. I think it really helps to break most of the myths of world.
Teach, Learn, Share
Want to Learn:
A language From Host Country
How to ride a unicycle
How to juggle
cultural exchange
Want to Teach:
A language Hindi, Gujarati
Want to Share:
How to cook a special Gujarati dish
Learn about life/politics/culture in a different country.
Learn about the quirks of life/politics/culture in your own country.
Learn new and interesting points of view.
Learn how to socialize and talk to strangers.
Learn how others travel.
Learn about the destinations where your surfer has been and get ideas of places to go.
Learn new skills and languages (if your surfer is willing to teach)
Learn about cool interesting things in your city (travelers usually put a lot more research into my city then I ever have)
And I'm sure people who have hosted more could list off others things they've learned.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I generally don’t host people who don’t host. BUT… I make exceptions for true travelers. If you are one of those, please request. I will know who you are.
A good Couchsurfing guest DOES:
Bring their own towels and toiletries
Get good directions to the host’s place
Make the bed in the morning
Buy his own food and drinks
Be aware of her host’s smoking preferences
Be aware of the cultural smoking etiquette
Share the costs if they’re cooking a meal together
Offer to help pay for fuel if the host drives you places
Clean up after himself
Find out her host’s schedule and sticks to it where it applies
Have a great travel attitude
Have a Plan B, like a hostel or cheap hotel, in case the host has an emergency.
A good Couchsurfing guest DOES NOT:
Use a host’s stuff without asking
Eat a host’s food unless offered
Sit in a room all day and make it clear she’s only there for the free Wi-Fi
Stay at home all day and do nothing (unless the host knows that’s her plan anyway)
Play loud music
Overwhelm his host. They need space, too!
Bring others to a host’s home without asking
Feed a host’s pets without asking
Take long showers. In some places, that gets pretty expensive!
Cancel or not show up, except in case of emergency
Be appropriately hygienic
