About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm finally traveling overseas. My goal in traveling is to experience as many new cultures, people and places as possible. Hopefully anyone who hosts me can learn as much as they'd like about my culture as well.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe since we were put on this planet, we might as well do everything we can with the one life we were given to achieve total happiness and make the world a better place in the process.

If you're doing something that doesn't make you happy, stop doing it and don't be afraid to try what you think possibly will.

Some quotes that equo this sentiment...

"Don't be afraid to go out on a limb...that's where the fruit is."

"Safe isn't going to get you shit in this world."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am starting my CS participation as a surfer. In doing so I hope to make for an awesome, memorable experience for anyone who is willing to host me. My goal would be to leave their place better than I found it.

Down the road I hope to give back as a host...once I settle down...whenever that is.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None to date. Leaving for Thailand June 13, 2011.

Interests

-Experiencing new people and places.
-Anything to do with water (swimming, skiing, etc.).
-Live music, comedy
-I love to stay fit and am looking forward to the challenge of doing so while traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything by that smartens me up to a better way of thinking. A fiction author who I enjoy is John Grisham.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't classify anything I've done as "amazing". That's for others to say. I'm just doing the best I can for everyone around me and myself.

As far as amazing things I've seen, I'm sure there are many. Just hard to list them presently. To be continued...

Teach, Learn, Share

Hopefully as I execute my personal philosophy it acts as a teaching tool to somebody.
