I enjoy meeting new people, exchanging cultures, and exploring new experiences. As part of the Couchsurfing Batam community, I love sharing my local knowledge and can accompany visitors to local places whenever I’m available.

As a student in Batam, I often spend time with international students and exchange students at my campus, helping them explore the city, get familiar with local life, and discover authentic spots such as street food corners, cultural areas, and hidden gems.

I’ve also been active in cultural exchange and community projects, helping international students and travelers get acquainted with life here. I’m always open-minded, curious, and passionate about embracing new experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Traveling Solo Across Java
One of the amazing experiences I've done is traveling around Java Island alone, or what I call a Java Trip. I did this trip as a gift to myself after taking a gap year after graduating from high school. I started the trip from Jakarta, continued to Bandung, Sumedang, Yogyakarta, Solo, Blitar, Malang, and finally to Surabaya. The total time I spent was almost one month, exploring various cities with their own uniqueness and culture.

During this trip, I learned a lot about myself, from how to adapt to new environments, get to know various cultures, to enjoying time alone in places I've never visited before. Each city gave me a different impression, and this trip really opened up a new perspective on the beauty of Indonesia.
