nature above all. to feel the nature to sharpen your senses to dance in accordance with your inner spirit. to feel earth! meditation. yoga. nia dance. to identify your inner desires to be able to live in harmony with them.

amnesty. through an international organization i learn a lot on human beings, attitudes, communication, developpement, capacity building, conflict resolution.

PHILOSOPHY

emotions, all different emotions we have, overwhelming emotions, happiness, sadness, joy, fear, sorrow, love and hate, all different energies - i really want to find out how to cope with them? how to live with them without craving and rejection? i believe in vipassana meditation as it might be one path. though there are a lot. i would like learn how to live the emotions and not suffer them and if I had done so, I would love to help others with that.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

i have had the opportunity to work as a volunteer at the elephant nature park, near chiang mai in thailand. that was unbelievable, getting close to these giants, learning a lot from them and see how diverse social and emotional life they live. i had the fortune to see and guard a new-borne baby elephant and a one-week old one. no words for that! nor for the surrounding jungle there and the peace that reflects the philosophy of the park.
