Overview
About Me
I'm a graphic/web designer based in Lima (hopefully traveling and settling on Edinburgh next year). I own a small design studio called Lemon.
I lived in Spain for over 10 years and came back to Peru in Oct. 2013. Back when I was in Madrid, I studied an Anathomical Pathology & Citology degree, so yes, absolutely related with what I do nowadays. But yes, I love all stuff related to it, I guess I'm a frustrated doctor.
For what is worth, once in a while I give conferences on Criminology and Forensic Sciences events.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like knowing countries and places through their people and culture as well as the other way around, sketch out glimpses of countries and places through the people I get to know.
I believe, couchsurfing is a whole different way of traveling, it just offers me what an agency can't.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies and shows lover. I don't have any favourite director but I like J. J. Abrams, R. Linklater, A. G. Iñárritu, R. Scott, Bergman, L. Fulci. A special mention to Damon Lindelof as one of the best writers/creators the world has ever seen.
Somebody please kill Woody Allen once and for all.
Bookworm. I love fictional dystopia such as George Orwell, Ray Bradbury, Philip K. Dick and A. Huxley. Space Fiction such as Stanislav Lem and the great Asimov. I also dig H. P. Lovecraft's cosmic horror and most of the writers related to Cthulhu's Mythology.
Other guys I like a lot: L. Carrol, J. D. Salinger, H. Hesse, V. Nabokov, A. Burgess.
Music: I would never finish...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a couple of weeks in Lisbon a few years ago without planning it. Some friends came down to Madrid by car and when they went back to Portugal, they just took me with them, just like that. It was an amazing trip and I got the chance to meet wonderful people.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach spanish, peruvian and (some) spanish cuisine, to play the guitar, bass guitar or even drums.
I'd like to learn basically whatever people has to offer. I just think one can learn a lot just chatting or hanging around with someone from some place different than yours.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can you show you around the city, the best food and night spots. My mother owns a travel agency so I can help you planning short trips outside Lima or even a bigger one (like going to Machu Picchu, for instance).
