I don't have a specific favorite type of music, but I can say latino music gives me a good energy, I also like club music, soft music...
Movies: mind blowing movies, for example Shutter Island, The room, Inception, Memento and many others. The list can continue forever.
Regarding books, I prefer books based on psychological researches: written by Osho, Gary Chapman (The 5 languages of love); but sometimes a romance is good (Eat, Pray, Love) or an adventure (Life of Pi).
