I'm Diana, I'm a fourth year student of advertising and PR faculty:) I also work as a designer part-time in advertising agency:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the way Couchsurfing connects traveling -lovers, how it let's us show our hospitality. It's great that Adventures are not always about money, but about people we meet in another place and experience we share.
So that's why I'm here, to share the philosophy of Couchsurfing:)

Interests

1. I'm truly interested in how our ancestors used to live, I'm really into historical reenactment of Slavic tribes ( krivichi). The history of Vikings in the period of 9th-11th century is my deep interest as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently I'm listening to Viking metal (Tyr) and power metal ( Powerwolf), there was an "epoch" of Rammstein in my life!:) I also love opera : "Pagliacci", "Rigoletto", "Traviata", "Tosca"- my favorites.

Movies: Tarkovsky, Eisenstein, Fellini, Bergman, Vlacil - almost everything is brilliant.
"Moonrise Kingdom", "Hotel Grand Budapest", "Amelie".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I did volunteering in Serbian workcamp - so far it has been the most useful thing I ever did ( we had to clean local natural reserve)
I've sewed some historically authentic things that might belong to Slavic woman of 10th century!:)
I also love drawing and design - sooometimes I do it for money (tsss!)
