Overview
About Me
I am a recent grad who majored in Biology and Asian and Asian American Studies with Korean Minor. I was born in Moscow, Russia and have moved to America when I was 8 which was a complete 180 to the life I knew, but a positive 180. I grew up in Brooklyn NY and spent last 5 years in Long Island for school. I have lived in Korea while working as an English teacher and doing research for school credit under the government scholarship program. As of now, I am studying to get into medical school while trying to travel in spare time with a student budget.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The best way to learn more about the world we live in is to meet the people who occupy it. When I learned about Couchsurfing I loved the idea of a community of people who are eager to meet someone new and learn about their life and experiences and adventures. I believe that we can always learn and gain something valuable from meeting new people even if it is for a short period of time because memories will always be with us.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In november, in the night, fully clothed and a bit drunk, swam in the ocean at the beach of Busan, South Korea ... the most beautiful night I can remember.

My life adventures...as a Russian, as an immigrant, as an EMT, and as a clumsy person who somehow gets into most awkward situations.
Something Russian, something New York-y which probably means some dark humor on the side
Can teach a bit about Gluten Free life style... was diagnosed with Celiacs three years ago.
I am aways up for an adventure, a good conversation and a good cooking session.
