About Me
Current mission: enjoy life but to also learn how to draw
I am currently teaching high school students political education, blowing their minds everyday by showing them how the world works and their place in it. I find it extremely rewarding working with youth and being able to be a different kind of educator for them and give them a classroom where they have as much input as me. On the side I do community organizing! My goal is to make that into my money job one day. I primarily work with college students on their campaigns, political education and training, and global labor organizing. My ultimate goal is to one day travel the world, going from one place to the next meeting different people from different backgrounds who do labor organizing and working with them.
In my free time I like to tend to my plants, knit, cook and share a meal with friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people, share our stories, and share our skills! There's so many things I want to learn but it boring and confusing to learn on your own
But also, to be very honest, as of this moment, on my upcoming trip to San Francisco I have to make sure I have a place to sleep for the 2/5 days my friend will be out of town that she forgot to tell me about
