About Me
About my longer travels : I've been 6 months in Australia, and 6 months in Germany, at the university of Heidelberg. So I have basic skills in German (about B2-C1). I am now in my last year of Master's in Bioengineering in Belgium, at the university of Gembloux (you'll only know it if you're a bioengineer). BUT I AM CURRENTLY IN VIENNA on Erasmus.
I love outdoor sports, especially hiking. During summer, I love to go on longer hikes (a few weeks) with a tent. Especially France is perfect for that because sleeping in a tent is allowed in most natural parcs! I also l love almost every outdoor/adventure sport, such as kayaking, climbing, jogging, cycling, ice skating. Skyiing is not really my thing though. On a daily basis, I also love fitness, step dance, and any kind of dance. Club dancing counts, of course.
I usually prefer activities that are for free or almost, not only because of my bank account but also because it's nice to stay out of the consumerist system when possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing never really worked out for me yet. But I'd love to try it out, especially when travelling with 2-3 people, I think it's a great option to get to know the place better. Also, I love chatting and getting to know new people :)
Starting from Februrary 2023 : I can arrange accomodation in my student room over fridays and saturdays evenings (the rest of the time, my flatmates are there and I would prefer to not impose anybody to them).
--------
