I'm an ESL teacher and my work often takes me to different countries. I lived in Colombia for a year before moving back to New York, and I will be in Ecuador for three weeks in September. I adore solo travel and meeting new people along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've worked in hostels and done culture exchanges in Spain, Thailand and Vietman, and in every setting I've met some of the most amazing people. I like swapping languages and stories and I think the best way to learn about a place is from the people living there.

I'm traveling to Ecuador for about 3 weeks (September 6-September 20). and would love a place to stay for a couple of those days or speak Spanish and learn about the local culture and your experiences!

Interests

Salsa dancing, painting, singing, sitting atop tall perches and looking at the views, eating lots of food, stargazing, white-water kayaking
