About Me
It is probably not very surprising that I love to travel, but that is actually an understatement. When I travel I feel most alive, most my true self, so traveling is not something I want to do a lot in my life, I want to make it my life. (Wich is easier said than done, but I am working on it ;)....)
Furthermore I can tell about me that I am: dangerously curious, that I don't like to take things to seriously, that I am spontaneous, chaotic, restless, that I love hugging (people), that i don't like 'living by the clock' (that's sounds better than saying i'm at least 5 minutes late in general..), i'm very openminded and eager to meet new people and explore other cultures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have hosted a few people in the last 3 years, and it was always amazing to welcome people from all over the world into my home. Not just to show them the 'dutch way of living' but to learn their stories and learn about their countries and cultures.
I have surfed only one time, in St. Louis, US. But I was immediately hooked! And love to surf a hell of a lot more.
Interests
People, the world, music (although, sadly, i don't have any musical talent myself), talking, sharing and loving. (sounds a little random, but it's true!)
And i just love laughing my ass off (you know like, tears falling from your eyes - your body getting all spastic and stuff..)
I am also a writer (or writer to be...), and I just love telling stories, by writing, by film, by just face-to-face storytelling, I love it all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Most amazing thing I've done is travel and work in India for 10 weeks last januari-april.
This was actually a minor period in my studies, but I took the change to see India, which I have been dreaming about for years!
I want to travel more in India, because it's the most controversial, mysterious, colorfull, confrontating, wonderfull country I have seen so far!
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States
