ABOUT ME
Ah, always tricky.
Well, I'm originally from Romania, but moved to Vienna for an internship.
I show my loved ones I care about them by not cooking (to be read as not giving them poison to eat)
I try to keep an open mind and never dismiss an argument from the very beginning.
I like people who don't take themselves too seriously, stuff I'm also trying to do.
My occasional awkwardness mixes strangely well with mean jokes and silly puns.
I figure mind-games take too much time & effort so speaking one's mind in a respectful way makes a hell of a lot more sense.
I either not eat any chocolate or the supermarket's entire supply. There is no in-between.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm not very good with advice. Can I interest you in a sarcastic comment instead?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Can show people the best Schnitzel place in Vienna.
Also the best Gemischtes beer place in Vienna.
Incidentally, those places are one and the same :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Very little, so far (been hosted & had some coffees). I made the profile some years ago and then sort of forgot about it but working on that to change
Interests
Dark humor & cinema - sometimes together.
Really started to get the out-doors bug. Trying to beat my couch-potato nature by taking up running.
Casual interest in architecture, am a total history retard.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: give me Todd Solondz, Monty Python & Alfred Hitchcock any day
add to that some Paradies Liebe, Donnie Darko.
As far as TV series go, I'm more of a Seinfeld kind of girl, with a guilty passion for Adventure Time.
Music: I work in periods of obsession. Right now it's Glass Animals. Have been known to kill neighbors with keeping on repeat The Black Keys, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, London Grammar & Dead Horse Beats.
Books: Kurt Vonnegut and Susan Sontag are my all time sweethearts. Also, Milan Kundera's "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" & "Atomised" by Houllebecq are two books I'd re-read to exhaustion.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled around Portugal for 2 weeks on my own. It was my first time going abroad, am the younger kid in the family, so it was a big deal for me at 18.
What I Can Share with Hosts
An awesome almonds & raisins chocolate recipe.
Also coconut and dates snowballs & the art of eating them in one sitting.
*the only two recipes which I know to make that are not poisonous.
