ABOUT ME

We are an easygoing couple in search for new places to visit and wander around in. We are friendly, talkative and calm. We're not picky at all and just like to chill and have a good time. I am from Guatemala but have been living in Spain for the past 10 years, love the Spanish and European kind of life. We spent 8 months living and exploring Chiang Mai, Thailand and can't wait to explore a bit more of South East Asia! ❤️🌴. I travel with my husband Jorge, he's from Madrid...we both love to travel and are foodies that love to eat and cook.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is so short and passes by so quickly, we need to live it by the second. I like to appreciate every little detail in each day and find that instant in it that makes you happy. I really enjoy time with friends and family and making the best out of everything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used couchsurfing for the first time, 6 years ago during my trip in northern Spain. It was overall a great experience and I really want to keep doing. I have my couch open for several months a year when I don't have friends staying in the spare room we have at home. I would love to have you home if you travel to Madrid and would love to get to know you in your hometown when I visit!!!

Interests

Music: Everything, all the way from the Backstreet Boys, Alejandro Sanz to Bon Jovi, Green Day and Queen.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love cooking, both Spanish, Thai and Guatemalan food. I have a lovely cat called Luna and a beautiful cozy home.
