COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

From hosting, surfing, and social gatherings, I have found couch surfers to be interesting, amazing people with great stories. Hosting has been fabulous, with each experience adding something new. I have been so impressed with the diversity and positivity I've encountered. One thing I love about couchsurfers is their overall sense of trust and respect for others.

I like a variety of music including rock, pop, country, jazz, r & b, latin, and bluegrass. I am not great at matching titles and artists, but I love and appreciate listening to many kinds of music.

I tend to enjoy historical fiction and mystery/suspense along with various nonfiction books related to travel, social issues or history.

A helicopter flight to the Grand Canyon was breathtaking.

The sound of the surf is a wonderful sound, be it on a warm, sandy beach or a rocky water's edge.

Hiking in Death Valley was simply fantastic!
