Hi, I'm a young Cuban girl. I have 23 years. I love traveling. Now I am temporarily living in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and I would like to know other places in this country. I am very adaptable and not looking great amenities.

I have no experience with couchsurfing but I think it's a great idea, you can help many people and change a little the selfish character that humanity has at this times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best thing I did was climb the peak Turquino in Santiago de Cuba, was a road trip through all the eastern provinces of my country. I met a lot of people very kind and generous. It was magic such generosity and kindness among the poor.

I spent almost a month in a tent, bathing in rivers and visiting new places every day, in the company of two friends. Even a cyclone hit us and we had to spend two days in a bus station, waiting for the weather to improve.

I've met some European countries and beautiful places in the Caribbean, but nothing was as special as this trip.
