ABOUT ME

I was born in California, but grew up in Hot-lanta :) I went to Georgia Instititute of Technology because I thought I wanted to be an Engineer...well, I was VERY wrong. In fact, I've realized that after trying enough professions I may finally find one I love. Currently, I'm a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana, West Africa. I've been teaching science here at a Junior High School for 1 year, and have 1 more year of service before I travel to Europe.

Interests

Wow, um...sleeping outside, traveling, aquatic acrobatics (including chicken fighting), frozen cocktails, soft pillows, volleyball, coffee, pineapple jam, pottery, looking at fish but NOT eating them, refined sugar, and high speed internet access.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I've been very movie deprived this past year, so I currently love them all! I'm also quite indecisive so wouldn't be able to answer this question anyways.

Music: Classic rock and blue grass is where my heart is, but I'm pretty game for anything.

Currently reading anything David Sedaris wrote...he is amazing!
