ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Diana, I'm 25 at the moment and hope not to be much older ever more (at least in mind:)
I love the beautiful world around me (realizing its disadvantages and injustice too, and hating it sometimes:), I love to investigate it, to learn people from different sides and try to understand them, I love beauty - to contemplate it, to fix and serve it (when possible), to share it with others and create (when I'm capable), I love nature, I love art and other things, thanks to which the world is colorful like it is.
If to speak about casualty - most time of the year for now I live in Minsk, for about years working in the yarn shop and planning what to do with my life further (sometimes this process can last rather long time..), beside work I try different types of craft, as the process of creation, at least some simple things, has always been very important for me as it makes me feel my life doesn't go in vain. I also try myself in teaching and I really enjoy it - now I give privet lessons of music for two children. When it possible, I like also to play the piano and dream to learn playing some other instruments, like flute, guitar, violin (most impossible dream:D).
Over the last three years in summer i go to Capri island, Italy to be a sailor-man - a kind of underworking and another way to investigate the world;)
I also like plants - watching, photographing them in natural environment and growing them at home, ha-ha also making tasty herbs tee from self-caught herbs (this is also a part of my love to plants^_^)
I have a cat!
I like walking - both through the city streets and natural paths, mostly in the warm seasons (in winter I prefer staying at home creating something:P) Bike rides are also very welcomed by me.
Sometimes I'm very glad to see some good films or animation on the big cinema screen or watch a good theater performance.
I like mail also! I'm a postcrossing.com participant and just like to send mail and postcards to my friends. Sending a little part of me in the envelope to another part of the planet always make me feel some mystery of the world's unity.
Photography - I'm not a professional, but hope to become it one day:)
Travelling of course - natural to people here.
I'm fond of some other things, but it's all the same impossible to make a full picture of yourself as we all are changing all the time and personal communication is the best way to know someone better and understand if you want to see him closer. So, if you felt something good reading my text - you're welcome for the further communication^_^

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Most time of the year (except summer when I go to Italy) I live in Minsk in one-room rented apartment with my boyfriend and a cat - so unfortunately I haven't much possibility to host people - though in some cases, for not very exigent hosts, it can be possible, though it needs personal communication.
So for the moment I'm more interested in hosting myself in the places I travel to^_^ But I'll be always glad to meet new people, coming to my city, show them some places and have a conversation!
* When in summer I stay for 2-3 month in Italy, Capri island - I'll be very glad to meet anyone there too for communication, I can make an little excursion too!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

All my travels reamin in my memory some little adventures to tell friends at the cup og tea or beer, thought can't choose something really special in the humanity scale. Hope for further experiences:)

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to teach!^_^ Among the skills I can share with you are music (piano playing), any questions in any language I speak, crafting (knitting, felting, origami, decoupage, ect.),, eeer, something else I don't know myself))
And as I'm interested in getting new experience of different kinds - I'll be happy to learn anything you can and want to teach me, if it will be an occasion (from improving my language skills to learning something principally new).
