ABOUT ME

I'm a competitive ballroom dancer, an art and commercial model, and technical writer. I love cooking, cats (but not cooking cats), long cross-country runs, hikes, and seeing different cities. I love to travel, and have been lucky to have filled my passport completely this year. I like hearing what different perspectives others have on life, how they make the most of every day, and what inspires them.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to couch surf to get the local flavour of wherever I'm staying. In exchange I can teach ballroom dance! Or, if that doesn't interest you, I'm thrilled to tutor Spanish, Polish, and English. I love gourmet cooking so I can whip something up, too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Once in May, and it was awesome! A few times since then and everyone I meet is considerate, fun and all around very nice. I'm really happy I found this site and hope to be able to host soon, too. Great people on this site.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen the catacombs in Rome, the Vatican, Venice, and the David and other Michaelangelo statues when traveling through Italy in 2003. I've also seen the old castles in Ukraine along the coasts of the rivers that are unfortunately falling apart because of disrepair. I love history, the older the better. My dream is to travel more extensively through Asia, I've only seen Singapore so far.
