Overview
About Me
I am an explorer of the inner and outer worlds - Art, yoga and conscious dance have been my path for most of my adult life. My aim in this life is to be as fully "me" as possible - meaning, to untangle the knots of misperception and to be FREE to be with what IS happening rather than what I want to be happening...
I believe we are all artists, creating our lives.
I believe if we can embody love with our whole heart, we help heal the world.
I believe moving our bodies and finding some form of self-expression is a path to inner joy and contentment...
I LOVE traveling - why? Because it is a way to understand different points of view, to learn, to be inspired, to experience the beauty around the world - nature made and man made.
I love learning from people and places rather than books....
Every time I go to a new place I bring something home and feel fed to then share that in my art.
I've lived in Costa Rica - so my Spanish is good, and in college I lived in Poitiers, France, so I speak some French. It's a bit rusty. I'm married to an amazing man who is a seeker, writer and overall amazing human.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm couch surfing because it is an opportunity to create more of a global community and to connect with people in the place I'm visiting. It feels more personal. I feel it's a way to meet like minded people.
