I love connecting with people and natural beauty ... I'm spiritual and teach intuition to have a deeper connection in life, I love being inspired by new places and people, am health conscious (fit, don't drink or smoke and look after my body) ... and would love to meet others who are like-minded!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I particularly enjoyed couchsurfing in Lima,Peru, where I met many awesome people and in Reykjavik, Iceland, places where the sense of community is strong!

Aah I can't edit this couchsurfing site as it has many bugs, I don't like perfumes but I do like aromatherapy which is natural ha ha!

Music, Movies, and Books

I grew up in the 70s and 80s so love music from that era, George Michael and Wham! were my favourites, and I still like their old hits, but in general I love gospel, soul, r&b with big soulful voices, happy feel good music like pop that is uplifting and energising, I also have some ambient music and lounge music for relaxing. I also used to sing in an acapella choir back in Australia!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favourite holiday photos (see my photos here) was having a squirrel crawl right up my body as I was relaxing at Yosemite National Park, watching a beautiful waterfall with rainbows glistening! I was laying on the rock, eating a snack bar and the squirrel loved the smell and just started figuring out how to get it, it was so cute and I just started snapping photos of it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have had many amazing experiences travelling and love seeing things from the view of locals, so often I make friends with locals and foreigners, rather than just hang out with people from my own background. I know many people who travel just to go there and take a few photos and then go drinking ... this is not me! I'm the one who often loves walking to feel a place, will hang out there for a while if it feels right, sometimes I might meditate briefly to seek a deeper connection, I am there to feel the essence of a place!

If the people I am with are not fully like this, but are open to flowing with me, it works well, as I am quite flexible and am happy to honour everyone's needs and do things in a way that suits!
