About Me

A very adventurous introvert who's very excited to conquer the world and face one fear at a time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Getting out of my comfort zone and putting myself out there to experience the real world has been a crazy adventure for me. I have met amazing people, exchanged cultures, seen other people’s perspectives, shared fun adventures and misadventures, heard wonderful and sometimes sad stories about each person’s life. Life and its lessons are some of the things I never want to take for granted and life has been a 100x better when shared with people who just understand your wanderlust and it’s extra wonderful when you get to inspire them, even just a little bit, with things you believe in - like lifting others up. While also getting inspired with every story you’ve heard and the stories that are awaiting to be told. ❤️

Music, Movies, and Books

Oasis, James, Musical Theatre, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F and a bunch of other things

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had a classroom built, using my own money, for the pupils of a school located at a coastal area in the Philippines.

Funded and hosted dental missions in orphanages.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach or share stories of people I came across with. Whenever I travel, I try to make it a point to visit at least one shelter. I realized how we see so much of what they lack. But we never really dig deeper and talk to them, do we? One of the things I have learned was learning to see their potential and help them to do something out of it. I guess I can share these stories to others in hopes that it will inspire them enough to empower and lift others in a way that could also contribute to the society as a whole. (I know this is quite deep but when you get to know and meet different people, you’ll be shaken. you’d see your problems as if they’re nothing and you just know that something just has to be done.)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I make a really good Hawaiian dish. (I know I’m Filipino but I’m inlove with Hawaiian food so I learned how to make some for myself 😬)

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Colombia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Peru, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Viet Nam
