ABOUT ME
Well, I think you could see me as that adventurous type of person. I love experiencing new things which are common in other cultures, especially when it's something I didn't even know it exists or is possible. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone would also be part of that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Me, my friends and my lovely home will give you the ultimate experience of living as a Dutch (student) in Maastricht and, whenever possible, in my hometown the city of Rotterdam.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
What I find amazing about couchsurfing is the bed I get offered. The location can be anywhere. Now I can officialy say that I've once slept in a tiny shoecloset with my nose against the ceiling of a 5-floor building in the coldest city I can ever imagine...
Other 2 experiences I have were in Japan and I couldn't imagine better ones. It was a great first impression of Japanese hospitality and I don't regret starting my first time in Japan starting of with couchsurfing.
My other couchsurfing experiences are the great times I spent with inspiring people who stayed over at mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Not only one, but 4 things I've done and will never regret are my adventures abroad.
When I was 18 years old I worked as au-pair in the South of France for over 8 months and had no clue of what I was going to expect.
At my 19th I lived in London, living the Londener life and sharing a room with a person I didn't know and who has become one of my best friends.
At my 21st and 22nd I went to Japan twice to study at an all women's university.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach you Dutch, English, some French and Japanese and all about their culture.
And who knows we can share our passion for travelling/living abroad? ;)
