Well, I live in São José, it's a city neaby the Continental part of Florianópolis. (If you're going to search on google maps, I live near Shopping Itaguaçu)
The downtown is 20 minutes far by bus, and 10 minutes by car, it's really close.

I've got a mattress and a couch in the living room, it's not that fancy, but it's cosy.
I live alone, but my grandfathers live in the house next door, so you have to try be kind to them.

I was born in Florianópolis, so, I can show the best places, well, if I'm not working in the day.. hahahah
