ABOUT ME
Hi!
I'm a law student living in Brooklyn. I love the city and everything in it- every day is a new adventure.
I spend most of my time studying- bleurgh- but when I'm not I'm cooking stuff, chilling in my garden, riding my bike, and reading books about chairs. I. love. chairs.
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy is to live as rich of a life as possible. I am a big proponent of self-discovery and self-improvement. I like to set goals and make plans. However, I am very laid back. I try to make as little of a negative impact on the world as possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surfing, hosting, meeting up with like minded people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed for the first time in Sweden. It was an awesome experience, and I got to meet some really cool and crazy people.
Interests
I love art, and have a degree in art history.
I prefer early 20th century art, as well as ancient and Renaissance. I also love photography!
I am also interested in cooking, especially vegetarian/vegan and Japanese cooking.
And now that it's warm outside, BIKE BIKE BIKING!

Music, Movies, and Books
In terms of books, I like detective novels and American authors like Fitzgerald, Hemingway. I also am interested in reading more books by Japanese and African authors, so I appreciate any suggestions.
I am sometimes a musician, and used to play in a D.C. band. My favorite band now is Times New Viking. I also still really really love the Strokes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Doggy wheelchairs are amazing! And rainbows!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to share anything with you!
If you like, I can teach you or speak with you in English. Or Polish, although that one is less popular.
I can be a great friend, someone you can call in 20 years and rely on if you need a place to stay or an introduction.
I can talk with you about art or music or just life in general.
I can show you some awesome bars.
And I can definitely teach you how to cook a gourmet meal with whatever scraps you have lying around in your kitchen. The only things I ever have in my fridge are ketchup and celery, and I eat like a king every night.
