Music, Movies, and Books
The Cranberries, Red Hot Chili Peppers, David Bowie. Mouse Hunt, Tokyo Drift, The Good/Bad/Ugly. My taste in books fluctuate from quick poetry readings to longer fantasy novels, though, any words by the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius hold significant inspiration.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As a student in Boston during the blizzard of 2014, I snowshoed about 16 miles home to Norwood Massachusetts. The walk took an estimated 5-6 hours - my mother was quite surprised when I arrived home at six in the morning.
With visibility at 10-25 feet depending on location and the time of the storm, I had to rely solely on myself to get through the night.
It wasn't that dramatic. I made a bacon egg and cheese sandwich when I got home and then promptly went to bed.
