Overview
About Me
Since I was a little girl I had the opportunity to live close to nature and develop a sensitivity to it. I lived close to the beach in Algarve. I'm passionate by the diversity of animals, plants and ecosystems that surround us. For that reason, I decided to study Biology and Ecology in the University of Porto (North of Portugal). Related to that, I'm also interested about landscape photography and painting.
I'm also sensitive to new and different tastes and textures. During my academic degree, while I was cooking for my friends and coleagues I found out my passion for cooking. I really believe that make food for someone is a way of love and to share culture.
My last year was spent in Helsinki, doing an internship at the Finnish Museum of Natural History. Those were a spectacular 9 months between snow, birch forests, northern lights and the best summer of the History of Finland.
I consider myself a open minded person and ready for new adventures :)
