About Me

Hi there,

Im Didac been travelling for years. Since I remember I was always jumping from place to place, living in different countries. My first quite long experience was in my 20’s at Rome, where I went living for an entire year. After that I knew travelling was gonna be an important part of my life.

I lived in Berlin, London as well as in Taiwan, probably one of the most experiences abroad ever.

Been also travelling for around 1 and half years as a backpacker. Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia. Now officially back to the road :D

After these years of pandemics and other sad things, I decided to take a break and breathe some fresh air. My idea is being around Asia, mostly south-east but open to any changes. Don’t have a clear roadmap on mind just go with the flow and see what happens

My first stop will be Thailand for a couple of months. Besides sightseeing around and visiting temples I’d love to take this travel as excuse to visit some coffee farms, be involved with local people and see the whole coffee process from day 1.

Always up for some drinks (non-alcoholic ones, quit drinking 4 years ago), do some sport, yoga, hiking, or even just laughing while you sit down with some good friends : )

Wanna meet? Text me. I'd love to meet local people, their culture, their languages, their food. Make some new friends.I don't eat meat, but I won't be disrespectful if your mum cooks some beef xD

I used to cook for living. Now I'm sort of working by computer. I will exchange any sort of job for some accommodation and food that allows me to stay some time wherever I’ll be in order to stay in a low budget trip.

We only live once but if you do right, once is enough ; )

Thank you. See you soon,

Didac

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think is the best way to TRAVEL. Meet people, different places from a real n proper prespective, from someone who's living there.

I don't belive in those all-inclusive-holidays or these tours where you already have everything ready to pick your camera n take millions of pictures you are probabaily never going to see again.

Interests

I'd love to learn Chinese, perhaps some Korean as well an any other language in the world.
