I am Didem from Turkey. I am studying sociology at Middle East Technical University. While I was doing my Erasmus in Joensuu, Finland, I had a chance to travel around Europe. Also, I have done an one month interrail while going back from Finland to Turkey. I started to use couchsurfing at that time which helped me to meet with local people and have beautiful friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always love meeting new people from different cultures. I would love to meet locals in the countries I am visiting so that I can listen to their stories.

Interests

My biggest interest is taking photos with my Nikon FM2. Even though it takes a lot longer to take photos I really enjoy using film.
