I love to enjoy the little moments that gives life, from taking a good coffee to observe the wisdom of nature. I love to read, practice yoga, learn from / to / with the Earth( planting, composting, and work involving contact with nature).

I started working with women since 5 years ago, epowering them , giving the tools to rise and show the capacities.
