My name is Barbara and normally I travel with my van. But: I don't feel like driving so much this summer and I want to play beachvolleyball (at a beach!). I'm a spontaneous fleemarket-lover, who is curious to try new sports!
I miss my 20s right now and thought I can get the feeling back when I try couchsurfing again:) we'll see!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I´m on Couchsurfing because I love having different people around me. I love to give people view into my city, my music, my friends, my cooking skills, my life. And of course the other way round, when I`m on a journey. Couchsurfing brings people together and in my opinion it´s the best way to see life in the most authentic way!

Interests

I love doing sports. Especially Volleyball, swimming, skiing and hiking. Everything outdoors! I'm addicted to nice views outdoors. In a new city I always try to visit a flee market, search the best coffee in town and soak up the mood by living NOT like a tourist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Best 'vacation' ever: Crossing the alps by foot.

Working in a prison with around 20 guys was also quite a great experience.
