ABOUT ME

Finished my Divemaster five years ago during two internships in dive centers in Marsa Alam, Egypt and on Elba, Italy.
Afterwards moved to Berlin to discover this vibrant city and finish my master in print and media technology. But since I can't get enough, studied one semester in Indonesia and am now craving to go on a big trip (which is fairly difficult now since I just started my first proper job 😅).

My friend in NZ says I'm a driven and adventurous girl, did things that I wouldn't normally do back home...like jumping out of airplanes (thankfully attached to a qualified tandem jumper), scuba diving through wrecks and with stingrays or millions of other fishes, got a piercing, did black water rafting underground and bungee jumping. of course the highest one in Australasia. Since I had too many messages I would really appreciate to see that someone didn't just choose me cause I live here but also because he thought Im funny or interesting or shared some travels in common or wants to go the same places. go big or go home. all the most dos of Aotearoa. She's also super sociable and easy to approach, which makes her a treat to have in the CS community =D

Oh and I almost forgot the spontaneous part of my personality - never underestimate that!
Im always up for activity and am making the most of my time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosted back home, surfing abroad and attending regularly at the weekly CS drinks in Auckland, New Zealand. Start to attend the New in Berlin drinks since I moved there and hopefully will meet much more awesome people through hosting and surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Making a great bunch of friends within the community and having many friends that make me feel like a 2nd home away from home everywhere =)

PS: maybe that sounds a little nasty, but I do really prefer GIRLS as surfers (as its written somewhere in my profile), and since I always put a lot of effort in my requests, I really appreciate people who are not randomly sending requests but getting a little personal so I saw at least they had a glimpse into my profile and I understand they not only want to do airbnb without to pay. Im no hostel you can book with months in advance, Im very busy working, writing my thesis, meeting my friends etc. I also dont accept people with incomplete profiles, no references (start to get some couchsurfing friends at the meetings or showing people around, its fairly easy...). Thank you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Diving through my first wreck near the Bay of Islands, saw huge crayfishes and stingrays at the Poor Knights, saw huge manta rays and a school of sharks, dove the famous liberty wreck, the famous sipadan island, bunakken and lembeh strait, jumped off a waterfall, did a skydive and a bungee jump, met so many lovely and interesting people whilst travelling and I love to hear all their stories :)
but many amazing things have happened while I've been traveling and I'm sure many more is yet to come for me to see and do at the rest of the world

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach German, how to cook and bake (its my personal Yoga) how to play 'Für Elise' at the piano. But just the first part :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach you some random unimportant knowledge, I love to meet up so I will always bring a beer or cook for you so we can have a nice evening together chatting, drinking, laughing :) besides that you don't see me ever at home! I'm always meeting friends, running around, discovering new things, enjoying the moment. .. I love this life and I love it the most traveling
