About Me

I am Diego a Mexican/Spanish guy trying to do as much as possible to go outside of the routine and enjoy life as it is. Learning from people and cultures amuse me, so I am trying to find ways to do it more often (people are like books and I would like to see a little bit more than just the cover).
I like animals, traveling, enjoying the food and drinks from the places I go and good company.
PS. I could never fully describe my self since I only see my self from my own perspective, so if you get to meet me in person, help me out to fill the blanks and put a sincere opinion of me in this cool website (this can always help to know yourself in a different way).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am relatively new in the Couchsurfing experience (I don't know why I took so long), but I think is just what is needed for society to improve and share culture across the globe helping to create tolerance and respect, which leads to more open people.

The best of all is that is totally selfless, no money involved! The only currency is hospitality, friendliness, and a helping hand.

So far I just had one contact with a fellow couchsurfer and I think is one of the most amazing persons I have meet, so there is one of the best reasons for me to have positive expectations in my future travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

My judgement is very easy going so I like almost everything... but in general I like adventure and SI-FI movies (like hitchhikers guide through the galaxy) and my taste is similar with books, but I also get interested by strange writing or utopian literature (like Murakami and Brave New World).

In the case of music, I am really not a pundit in this specific topic but I like mostly the classics, instrumental music and also music for dancing (like latino music).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

If I had to choose, living in different places had made my life amazing, so that is it!

Teach, Learn, Share

1º - I can try to teach whatever people think they can learn from me.
2º - I can learn whatever people feel like teaching me.
3º - Sharing is caring, so I am up for that... a meal, a beer, a history, etc.
