facebook diego willy jaimes

I am someone who likes to see the bright side of things, I like to be learning new things, well, I do not take anything for granted, the more I learn, I feel that I have much more to learn. I like animals and the peace of the countryside

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love getting to know new cultures, trying new foods and meeting new people and the closest way I have to do that is by getting to know its people and it's also a great way to make friends.
In my country (or at least in my town) comics were not given much, but even so I have a vivid memory of a comic that I saw in the public library of my town, this was a tintin comic, a character that I saw in the tv and maybe I was too young to read, but I remember something from a couple of his vignettes, that's why I have this crazy dream of jumping the puddle to see the Hergè museum, more museums like the one in Prado in Spain or the one in Van Gogh in amsterdam, in addition to discovering new landscapes and hopefully by the way, I would like to discover snow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did boungee jumping and rafting once, but I like more to share an anecdote in mompox. I went to a jazz festival and I hadn't gotten a reservation. I was thinking that possibly I would spend the night on the street because I couldn't stay, someone from a hotel told me that a family house wanted to host someone, so without hesitation I accepted, they were very kind people and I was surprised that when the couple arrived at night, planning how they would do for my entry, they commented on whether they would leave it unlocked or if they would stay awake, finally the owner told me, "don't take it, honey" and gave me the key to his house.

It was the most incredible form of trust from someone I had just met.

Teach, Learn, Share

Yes, I want to learn languages to be able to communicate with my words wherever I am, I also like to teach if there is something they need to learn from me.

What I Can Share with Hosts
