About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find the balance of living in Belgium while spending about 1/3rd of the time travelling for either work or pleasure.

ABOUT ME

I guess they would say that I'm very easy going and open minded. I'm not afraid of saying things as long as I'm respectful. I guess they would also say something about my subtle/relaxed sense of humor :)

I have a full time job in Belgium, I work as a business analyst (nothing really related to business it's more IT ) and I have to travel frequently for my job.

I love learning about new cultures and I'm very careful while paying attention to details. Traveling allows me to combine these two perfectly ;)

I'm also fascinated about music, all kinds!!! I really enjoy downloading full discographies and listening to all the songs; discovering really nice songs that almost no one knows :D

I have a lot to say about myself and the way I think, so don't hesitate to ask me anything you would like.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed a few times and have gone to a few meetings. I had my first surfers a couple of months ago and I would like to host more but need to find the right time because I travel a lot and I don't want to just give a bed :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I still considerer myself as a beginner CS'er, but I'm trying to get the most out of it ;)

Interests

Learning about everything I can possibly learn. Cultures, history, traditions, food, music, etc.
I would say I have a passion for music, I play the bass (not so well - update, I'm getting better little by little) but mainly I like discovering music: old, underground or new. What only matters is the quality of the music.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies:
- Peaceful warrior
- The science of sleep
- Grand Torino
- Das experiment
- .........

Music:
No strict rules here, I can enjoy good music and most of the times every genre has at least 1 good song :P
Nonetheless my favorites are usually classic and heavy metal, examples:
- Led zeppelin
- The doors
- The cream
- The who
- SRV
- Janis Joplin
- Jamiroquai
- RHCP

Books:
Same as in music I could read anything as soon as the quality is good. But I also have a preference for fantasy books. I'm a moderated fan of the Lord of the Rings and the rest of Tolkien's work.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
