Reaching the summit of a volcano by your own means, with great climbing partners who become like family. Running a marathon, just like a mountain race—the Chimborazo circuit in two days. Backpacking across different places. All of these give you a sense of a new life, of truly feeling alive, of finding ways to solve challenges on your own, of reaching your second wind.
