About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to learn as much as possible, Travel at least 40 countries! Someday work abroad

ABOUT ME

My name is Diego. I am a pretty down to earth kind of person. I love traveling. I thankfully have had quite a lot of experiences abroad and i am always happy to meet new and exciting people from all over the world and share experiences.

I have an optimistic view on life, and on people. I'm quite friendly. Although not terribly loud or outgoing sometimes, i adapt pretty well to different kind of people.

My idea of a great time is just sitting down, having some beers and drinking the night away talking about a whole lot of things. However, I still love to go out, dance some salsa, meet new people, and of course, travel.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to think that life is about learning as much as possible, through as many experiences as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to help other people in their travels.

Guadalajara is where the heart of Mexico is. I want to help people experience that, and maybe if i have time off, we can travel around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed at many friends' houses around Europe. The best experience i know is when a friend is willing to show you around the city and explain to you the culture of the country from a personal perspective. That adds a lot of flavour to the visit.

Interests

I love traveling. I like to learn how to do stuff, like dancing, cooking, photography and so on. I'm not very good at it, but i love learning and knowing things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live outside the main centre of Guadalajara, in Zapopan. It is pretty well connected through the bus system, and the fun areas like Chapultepec, Chapalita and Providencia are around 15 minutes away.

I live with my wife and dog. We have two rooms available most of the year, although sometimes we either travel, or have visits. Please let us know a few days before your arrival dates.
