About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn Bachata and become Doctor!

ABOUT ME

I am a friendly person. I like knowing new people, and learn about their likes, hobbies and culture. Since as civil engineer I live in a world of numbers, I try to learn everything I can from people who work in other areas, which lets me see how other ways of thinking work.
I am a structured person at work (some kind of prototype of engineer) who tries to forget those structures in the free time. Participating in an exchange program in 2014 changed my life forever. I turned more independent and discovered new hobbies, like dancing. I dance bachata and salsa as much as I can to disconnect my head from the routine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I didn´t know about Couchsurfing till I travelled to Europe. I had a really good experience, and I think it is the best way to know people and the place where they live. I stay here because I was able to know fascinating people who nowadays are friends of mine.

Interests

I do sports like swimming and running. I enjoy travelling and also being at home, I would say I am a quiet guy. But it changes when dancing!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies:
- I, Robot.
- The fifth element.
- Resident Evil (not only the films but also the games).
- Tarantino films.

Series: The Walking Dead.

Books: although I tried, reading is not my hobby.

Music: Everything. In particular argentinian rock and international 80´s rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To live in Germany!! It was the first experience out from Argentina. It opened my mind to different ways of thinking. I knew a lot of people and cultures and changed my life forever.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can offer my knowledge of Spanish (my mother tongue) and my (not so good as Spanish but still good) German skills. But the key point is the dancing knowledge!

Between work and study I live in a world of numbers. I see in CS a possibility to run away from this world by learning other ways of thinking.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like cooking. Therefore we could cook something for lunch or dinner and take a walk together.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Czech Republic, England, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

Argentina, Germany
