Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of couchsurfing a lot. A friend of mine has been active on CS for a while now and has nothing but positive experiences. Cs for me is all about getting to know the people and their culture, something that you can never do by staying in a hotel.

After a few quiet years working for a boss, I finally made the decision to quit the rat race. I believe more and more in the 'now or never' filosophy and I am planning to start hiking the Pacific Crest Trail this year, visiting a few places in the U.S. before.

I am a rather easy-going, clean, open-minded, blond guy. I like to be around people, even though I can often strike as a more reserved kind of person. I like food, music, dancing, hiking, swimming, nature, ... above all the good things in life
