About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Work - Love - Play - Travel

ABOUT ME

I'm an out-going introvert. People think I'm quiet, my friends think I often smile, and yah, my best friend knows I'm kinda crazy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

1. When I was a little child, the only source of information we had was a black-white TV. But I saw tons of things that we never have around us, people having tea under the orange trees somewhere beyond that sea, a girl with beautiful eyes selling fabric in a bubbling market... I was glued on the the tv screen, so can you imagine how awesome could it be to see those things in real life? Each person comes to me bring their own stories, I mean I love traveling, but it's the people who make the trip memorable.

2. When I went traveling by myself, lots of people have helped me over my troubles on the road, this is just one way to 'pay it forward'.

Interests

I love sharing time with people I like, but I'm rarely bored even when I'm alone.
- I love reading, let's say just a stack of papers can contain such treasure and amazing wisdom is always fascinating to me. Does anyone just close their books and stare at the wall for a minute when they read a line that is so well-written like me??
- And I like creative stuffs, I mean rearranging the house, cooking, drawing, painting, I do all sorts of creative things and they are all too enjoyable to feel boring.
- Sometimes I go climbing, or to the sea, paddling like toddlers, I know it doesn't sound my age, but I like to feel and listen to my body saying by expose it to the nature.
- I'm bad at sports, and I've been playing basketball since high school, I suck, but I love it.
- Oh and I loveeeeee animals!! I really really really miss my dogs home. Although I think animals can't really be animals if they are kept inside, but ... what dog breed would you have if you can have a pet? :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Let's see, I've done things that I think amazing to myself, not to others. I mean, they're too tiny to others. But who cares, those are things that make me me. And not only one.
- 1st time traveling alone to a foreign country, and later on I found out that they're famous for hypnotizing and raping girls :D
- I've failed I think more than most of everyone, in mostly everything I do, and I just practiced double more than others. It's hard, and daunting, but later on I realized, the practicing is the fun part to, because I like what I do. And "the time that you enjoy wasting will never be looked at wasted time"
- I did programming. I'm everything but a logical thinker. But I used to be a web engineer who never thought I could become. Making something works is amazing, but it's even more amazing to realize that there is not really a limit to what we can do.
- Travel, not only just to farther lands, but sometimes just wandering your neighborhood and have a talk to a random person is also amazing. You'll realize how tiny and meaningful each person is at the same time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach and share what I have. Probably my country culture, some languages that I know in general, and some Vietnamese food too.
