CURRENT MISSION

I am an electronic pop musician from Toronto, Canada. I'm hoping to find an audience and a way to make a living as a musician here in Europe.

ABOUT ME

I've been managing to move from place to place in London and Oxford, imposing on friends and saving money. I'm now moving to Berlin because the opportunities for me are greater there. I'm hoping to keep up this lifestyle as long as possible, with the occasional sublet, until I can survive off of making my music. I'm also finding the nomadic lifestyle interesting and educational, and I'm meeting lots of people. I love music, art, film, politics and philosophy. But I'm also clean and easygoing and respectful and love meeting new people. I'm also vegetarian.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short. Make the most of it. Do what scares you. Both cliches but they're good ones.

I don't really have a permanent place to live at the moment, and don't really know in which city I'm going to end up...I definitely plan on offering up a couch whenever I have one!

I've couchsurfed on the official site only once, but it was a really fun experience, we stayed up late listening to all kinds of interesting music.

conversing about politics, technology, art, history.
I ran a small concert series in Toronto, and DJ'ed several monthly parties as well.
Love having conversations that fluctuate between the mundane and the profound... I'm not pretentious but do enjoy a good philosophical chat. I'm atheist but also very interested in Zen Buddhism. Makes sense to me.
