About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm a funny guy who likes to take everything trully easy. I want to meet new people, new cultures and change all the experiences I can. To me, life is, first of all, one way to have real good laughs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience with couch surfing was in July of 2010, when me and 4 other friends decided to travel to the south of latin america with just one car, without any fixed place to sleep, just our CS accounts and some few contacts. The first place we met someone because of Couch Surfing was in Foz do Iguaçu, here in Brazil. We met that guy, who helped us to find a cheap hostel, once he didnt have any couch at his place. Than we went to Paraguay, where we found a real nice couple in the center of the capital, Assuncion. We stayed with them, a French guy and a Argentinian girl, also met with couch surfing. It was just a 2 rooms apartment, but we didnt have any problem with it, and it was a great experience. They took us to see the entire city and some other cities around, what a good opportunity!Than we moved on, and found others CS people in Resistencia and Cordoba, both in Argentina. Than one last guy in Uruguai, where actually we didnt sleep. My next experience was in Vietnam, where I lived for 3 months. I stayed in the couch of a really nice vietnamese guy for almost everytime. Meanwhile I made other trips to Thailand, Cambodja and Laos, where I stayed in some hostels but I got a lot of information by having a coffe with people in their houses. I also received some people in my home in Franca where I live with more 9 guys. We have already received an American who lived there for 6 months and many other brazilians.

Of course I like very much some brazilians and other kinds of traditional bands, but they're not so famous at all.Books: Historias de cronopios y de famas by Julio Cortázar, A Terra Sonâmbula by Mia Couto, A paixão segundo GH by Clarice Lispector, Sin City by Frank Miller... I love crazy stories, good writers and also some comic books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I saw that happy sunset with my friends at the top of the hill in Cordoba, Argentina.
And when I felt the vibrance of eastern history in Cambodja.
