ABOUT ME

Hello! I am Shannon, and I have come to occupy your home. I am an American living in London, England after moving from Edinburgh, Scotland; the beautiful north with beautiful sheep that I laugh at when I pass them because they are so woolly. I didn't know I would end up here; I just did and I love it. So many cultures surround me. Turkish people, French people, Algerian people... 300 languages alone and this is heavenly! I'm interested in humanitarian issues, what separates us and combines us, love to laugh, love to cook, meet new people and treat them kindly :o)

I take in those weary travelers bicycling around the world or coming in for the Scottish New Year, Hogmanay. There will be many more ventures to come in the future! Now I am in London and doing my searching to come to a better understanding to help others understand as well.

Go-go dancing [I do it in my spare time], living, learning, laughing at irony, laughing at nothing, studying culture and watching the passerby, cooking [or trying to!], opening up, tip-toeing down to the shore, and being an artist.
